Its concise chapters cover more than thirty subjects including management, creativity, risk-taking, ambition, motivation and success. He also draws universal lessons from personal anecdotes, childhood memories, and subjects as varied as happiness, horsemanship, football and poetry. Flashes of Thought was inspired by an audience dialogue session at the Government Summit in the UAE in February 2013, during which Sheikh Mohammed answered questions and spoke at length on many themes. The book’s accessible and conversational style reflects the interactivity of that session. It features a foreword by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan
